Ingredients

  • desired amount mozzarella cheese
  • optional dried herbs or seasonings

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the desired amount of mozzarella cheese into thin squares of desired size and thickness.
  • Place the squares onto the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart. If desired sprinkle with dried herbs and seasonings. Place in preheated oven and bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden. Be careful they burn quickly
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet about 10 minutes to firm up. Remove from the baking sheet and transfer to a paper towel lined baking sheet to absorb the grease and continue to crisp up
  • Allow to sit on the paper towels until fully cooled, crisp and the grease is absorbed. Eat immediately.
