10 Minute Keto Shrimp Scampi

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 10-minute keto shrimp scampi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, adjust to taste
  • 2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 10 oz chopped broccoli
  • keto pasta of choice

Instructions

  • Place the butter into a large skillet over medium high heat. Allow the butter to melt completely. Add the shrimp and stir until the shrimp are fully coated
  • Sprinkle in the garlic powder and stir to fully combine. Cook 2 minutes. Turn the shrimp and cook 2 minutes more or until the shrimp are fully cooked. Add the wine/broth and the pepper. Stir to fully combine.
  • Allow mixture to come to a boil. Add the broccoli and allow to cook 3 minutes more or until the broccoli is tender. Serve warm over the keto pasta of choice. If desired top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley
