20 Minute Keto Taco Cake

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 20-minute keto taco cake

Ingredients

  • 2 large keto tortillas
  • 16 oz keto refried bean substitute
  • 2 cups cooked chopped chicken or beef
  • 1/3 cup keto hot sauce
  • 1 cup crumbled mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup keto salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Colby cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1 of the large tortillas in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. You can also use 3 to 4 small tortillas if preferred. Just make sure the bottom of the pan is fully covered
  • Spread the beans evenly over the tortilla. Sprinkle the chicken evenly over the beans. Drizzle the hot sauce evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the chicken
  • Cover with the remaining large tortilla. Spread the salsa evenly over the tortilla. Sprinkle the Colby cheese evenly over the salsa. Place into preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through and the cheese is fully melted
  • Remove from the oven. Cool in the pan 5 minutes. Cut into desired size pieces. Serve immediately. Cool leftovers completely and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days
