Quick Keto Sirloin

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef sirloin
  • 2 TBS oil of choice
  • 1 tsp dry thyme, divided
  • 2 tsp salt, divided
  • 1 tsp pepper, divided
  • 1 tsp paprika, divided
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder, divided
  • 1/2 tsp dry cilantro, divided
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder, divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish
  • Place the sirloin into the prepared baking dish. Cut the sirloin into the desired size of pieces. Brush the oil over both sides of the sirloin
  • Sprinkle the sirloin with with 1/2 tsp of the dry thyme, 1 tsp of the salt, 1/2 tsp of the pepper. 1/2 tsp of the paprika, 1/4 tsp of the garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of the dry cilantro, and 1/4 tsp of the onion powder
  • Use a basting brush or fingers and press the seasonings into the sirloin. Turn the sirloin over and sprinkle the remaining seasonings over the sirloin. Press the remaining seasonings again into the sirloin.
  • Bake at 425 degrees for 20 – 30 minutes or until desired level of pink, or grill 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired level of pink. Serve immediately.

Easy Keto Grilled Fresh Tuna

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh tuna steaks
  • 1/4 cup oil of choice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dry cilantro

Instructions

  • Preheat and indoor grill or outdoor grill for 5-7 minutes or until warm. Lightly spray the grill with cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl combine all ingredients except tuna steaks. Use a fork and stir ingredients together until fully combined
  • Place tuna steaks in a large Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over the tuna steaks
  • Turn the bag over several times and gently press on the tuna to make sure the tuna is fully coated. Marinade for about 1-2 hours
  • Remove tuna from the refrigerator and turn the bag a few more times to make sure the tuna is coated
  • Remove the tuna from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the desired level of pink. Serve immediately
