Ingredients

  • 56 grams mayonnaise (1/4 cup)
  • 13 grams granulated sweetener of choice , adjust to taste (1 TBS) I ended up increasing to 19 grams ( 1 1/2 TBS) sweetener
  • 7 ml lemon juice
  • 7 ml white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper, adjust to taste
  • 7 oz coleslaw mix (3 cups) can make your own by stirring together shredded cabbage and carrots to equal 7 oz

Instructions

  • Use a fork and stir together all ingredients except coleslaw mix until fully combined and smooth. Gradually fold in the coleslaw mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined and all the coleslaw mix is coated with the dressing. Cover and place in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving
