Easy Keto Baked Jalapeno Poppers

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make easy keto baked jalapeno popper

  • 4 medium jalapenos
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 60 grams shredded cheese of choice (1/2 cup) I use Colby cheese
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray an oven fryer basket or line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. If using the baking sheet lightly spray the parchment paper
  • Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and the center of the jalapenos. Place the remaining ingredients into a medium mixing bowl and stir to fully combine
  • Divide the mixture evenly throughout the jalapeno halves. Place the filled halves on to the prepared oven fryer basket or baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until the bacon s fully cooked
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the pan at least 5 minutes before serving
