Gluten Free Keto Quick Baked Salmon

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make easy and quick keto baked salmon

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs salmon fillets
  • 2 TBS avocado oil or oil of choice
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth or broth of choice
  • 2 TBS lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dry tarragon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish

  2. Place salmon into prepared baking dish and cut into 4 to 6 fillets. Brush salmon evenly with avocado oil

  3. In a small bowl combine broth, lemon juice, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and dry tarragon. Use a fork and stir everything together until fully combined

  4. Pour broth mixture over salmon fillets. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes when cut with a fork

  5. Let sit in the baking dish about 5 minutes. Serve hot

Recipe Notes

This recipe yields about 6 fillets per pound of salmon. 1 serving equals 1 fillet

1 fillet contains about 0.3 grams of net carbs
