Gluten Free Keto Quick Baked Salmon
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make easy and quick keto baked salmon
Servings 6 people
Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs salmon fillets
- 2 TBS avocado oil or oil of choice
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or broth of choice
- 2 TBS lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp dry tarragon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish
- Place salmon into prepared baking dish and cut into 4 to 6 fillets. Brush salmon evenly with avocado oil
- In a small bowl combine broth, lemon juice, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and dry tarragon. Use a fork and stir everything together until fully combined
- Pour broth mixture over salmon fillets. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes when cut with a fork
- Let sit in the baking dish about 5 minutes. Serve hot
Notes
This recipe yields about 6 fillets per pound of salmon. 1 serving equals 1 fillet
