Gluten Free Keto Spaghetti And Meatballs

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick and easy gluten free keto spaghetti and meatballs

Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground meat of choice
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup low carb bread crumbs or almond meal
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dry oregano

Keto Marinara Sauce

  • 3-4 medium tomatoes, chopped or 2 15oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 8 oz tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dry basil
  • 1/2 tsp brown Swerve
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 8 oz tomato sauce, optional

Instructions

Meatballs

  1. Preheat 1 TBS of oil of your choice in a large skillet for 7 minutes over medium heat

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef, egg, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until fully combine. Make sure the egg is fully distributed

  3. Add breadcrumbs and remaining seasonings. Mix thoroughly to fully distribute the breadcrumbs and seasonings

  4. Scoop meatball mixture out 1 TBS at a time into the prepared skillet. Brown for 2 minutes on one side then 2 minutes on the other side or until lightly brown on all sides. Don't worry if they are not fully cooked they will continue to cook once the sauce is added

Keto Marinara Sauce

  1. While the meatballs are browning add all the sauce ingredients except the optional tomato sauce to a food processor and pulse for about 30 seconds or until the sauce is the desired consistency

  2. Once the sauce is combined and the meatballs are browned.remove the meatballs and set them to the side.

  3. Drain any extra fat and brown flecks that are in the pan. Add sauce mixture to the skillet

  4. Add the browned meatballs and stir to coat the meatballs. If desired add the extra 8 oz of tomato sauce.

  5. Bring the sauce to a low boil over medium heat. Cover reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.

  6. While the sauce is simmering prepare the desired low carb noodles or veggie noodles of your choice

  7. Once the sauce is done simmering spoon the desired amount of sauce and meatballs over the desired amount of low carb noodles or veggie noodles and top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and olives if desired

30 Second Garlic Butter

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to transform any bread into instant garlic bread. If desired add freshly grated Parmesan and warm slightly to melt the cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 TBS soft butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredient is a small bowl and whisk until fully combined. Spread desired amount of garlic butter on warm bread of your choice
