Keto Baked Beans Substitute

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make an easy keto baked beans substitute

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can black soybeans, drained and rinsed or use any small, cooked vegetable of choice
  • 150 grams keto barbecue sauce
  • crumbled bacon, chopped onion or add in of choice (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray
  • Add beans or vegetable of choice and barbecue sauce. Stir to fully coat the beans. If desired stir in the add in of choice until fully coated
  • Cover with an oven safe lid or aluminum foil. Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly
  • Remove Let sit in pan at least 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot.

This recipe yields about 4 servings. 1 serving is about 1/4 cup
