Quick Keto Bread Sticks
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick keto bread sticks

Ingredients
- 89 grams coconut flour (3/4 cup)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 15 grams baking powder (1 TBS)
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
- 2 tsp dry Italian seasoning, optional
- 3 large eggs,room temperature
- 136 mililiters olive oil (3/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup WARM water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment papet
- Sift dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl until there are no lumps
- Stir in the eggs until the dry ingredients are moist. Stir in the oil until combined. Stir in the water until fully combined and a smooth slightly sticky dough has formed
- Moisten hands and massage dough for 1 minute. Place back into mixing bowl and let sit 5 minutes.
- Scoop dough out 4 TBS at a time and roll into smooth ball. Roll ball into a log of desired size
- Place onto prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart
- Place in preheated oven. Bake at 400 degrees 12 to 15 minutes or until golden
- Remove from oven and set aside. Melt 2 TBS of butter in a small bowl. Add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp garlic powder and stir to fully combine
- Brush over tops of breadsticks and allow to sit 5 minutes
- Serve immediately or transfer to a wire rack and cool completely. Store leftovers in airtight cintainer at room temperature 3 days
