Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray or line an 8x8 baking dish.
In a medium bowl whisk together almond flour, garbanzo flour, baking powder, xanthan gum and salt until fully combined
In a mixer bowl combine shortening, eggs and peanut butter. Beat on low 30-40 seconds or until smooth
Add monkfruit sweetener and brown Swerve. Beat on low 30 seconds or until fully combined.
Slowly add dry ingredient to wet ingredients and beat on low 25-30 seconds or until fully combined
Use a wooden spoon and gently fold in the chocolate chips until they are distributed evenly throughout the batter
Spread batter evenly into prepared baking dish and bake 15-20 minutes or until a tester comes out clean. Every oven is different so it is best to check after 12 minutes
Let sit in the pan for 10 minutes then cut into bars of desired size. After the bars are cut let them cool completely in the pan before removing them. They will firm up slightly while they cool.
