Low Carb Oven Fried Chicken

This recipe is designed to teach people how to make healthy "fried" chicken that tastes delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low carb bread crumbs or almond meal
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dry italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 5-6 boneless chicken thighs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place melted butter in a shallow bowl. Place chicken thighs in a 3 quart casserole dish
  • Combine all the rest of the ingredients in a large freezer bag and shake to combine the seasonings
  • Brush the chicken thighs with the melted butter. Place the chicken thighs in the freezer bag and shake the bag to coat the chicken completely
  • Place the chicken back into the casserole dish and bake uncovered for 50 minutes
