This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make keto jicama fries. These make great keto fish and chips

Ingredients
1smalljicama washed and peeled
2TBSoil of choice
2-3tspdry seasonings of choiceI use salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with foil and lightly spray the foil with cooking spray.
Wash and peel jicama. Cut jicama into long strips about 1/4 inch thick
Place jicama in a SINGLE Layer in a microwave safe dish. Cover the jicama with water. Microwave on high for 6 minutes to slightly soften the jicama. Jicama does not get completely soft You may need to do this in two or more batches depending on the size of the jicama
Drain the jicama and place in a SINGLE LAYER on prepared baking sheet
Drizzle oil over jicama and toss to fully coat the jicama
Sprinkle jicama with desired seasonings and toss again to fully coat the jicama with the seasonings
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Stir and bake 15 minutes more or until golden
