Ingredients
2TBSbutter
2TBScoconut oil
1/3cuppowdered Swerve or powdered sweetener of choice
1/2tsppowdered milk or powdered coconut milk
1tspvanilla extract
1/8tspsalt
Instructions
Lightly spray candy molds or line an 8 x 8 inch cake pan with parchment paper. Set aside
In a large microwave safe measuring cup or medium microwave safe bowl combine butter and coconut oil. Microwave on high 30 seconds or until fully melted. Use fork and stir to fully combine the butter and oil
Add Swerve and powdered milk. Use fork and stir to fully dissolve milk and sweetener Mixture should be slightly thick and smooth.
Add vanilla and salt. Stir to fully combine and dissolve salt
Spoon evenly into candy molds or prepared cake pan. Place in refrigerator ofr 45 minutes to 1 hour or until firm. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to eat
