  • In a large 5 quart stockpot over medium heat stir together diced tomato, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and salsa until fully combined and the tomato paste is smooth
  • Add salt, pepper, ground cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder until fully combined
  • Add chopped onion, black soy beans (if using), squash and ground meat (if using). Stir to fully combine
  • Bring to low boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until heated and the flavors have set.
  • Serve warm into desired serving dishes. Top with desired toppings

This recipe makes about 4-5 cups of chili 1 serving is about 1 cup of chili
