Ingredients
2/3cupcoconut flour
1TBSbaking powder
1/2tspsalt
1tspxanthan gum
4largeeggs, room temperature
1/2cupoil of choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl sift or whisk together the dry ingredients until there are no lumps
Add the eggs. Stir until fully combined. Add the oil. Stir until fully combined and a smooth dough has formed
Massage dough for 1 minute to absorb any excess moisture. Place dough onto a clean worksurface. Roll dough into a smooth 12 inch long log. If desired cut small slashes about 1 inch a part on the top of the bread. Be careful not to cut all the way through
Place into preheated oven. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden and firm.
Remove from oven. allow to cool on pan for 15 minutes or until full enough to transfer to a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before slicing
