2 Ingredient Keto Dairy Free Whipped Cream

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick 2 ingredient keto dairy free whipped cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 TBS granulated sweetener of choice I used granulated allulose for best texture
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Place whisk attachment on a standing mixer. Place all ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Whisk on low 10 seconds or just until the ingredients begin to come together
  • Increase speed to medium and whisk on medium 2-3 minutes. Increase speed to medium-high and beat on medium-high another minute or until peaks have formed. If peaks have not formed continue whisking on medium-high in 15 second intervals until the peaks have formed. Do not overbeat You know it is done when you can take your whisk out and a pointed peak has formed on the bottom. The peak should stay pointed when you turn your whisk upside down
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 days. If cream deflates while in the refrigerator. Whisk on high 10-15 seconds or until it becomes whipped again
