Ingredients
122gramscoconut flour
1TBSpaprika
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/2tsponion powder
1/2tspcelery salt
2largeeggs
6mediumboneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
In a wide bowl use a fork and stir together all the dry ingredients until it is fully combined and no lumps are in the dry ingredients. Pour dry ingredients into a large Ziploc. Set aside
In a separate wide bowl stir together the eggs until fully combined. Set aside
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees . Place chicken thighs one at a time into the egg mixture and turn until the thigh is fully coated. Dip the coated thigh into the coconut flour mixture and turn the bag to fully coat the thigh. Place the the coated thigh onto a plate for a moment. Repeat the coating process until all the thighs are coated
Spray the bottom of air fryer basket with cooking spray. Spray the coated thighs with cooking spray Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Turn the thighs over. Cook another 10 minutes or until golden on both sides and the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees
