30 second Keto Whipped Cream (Dairy Free No standing mixer needed)

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 30 seconds keto whipped cream that is dairy free and requires no standing mixer

Servings 1.5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup CHILLED full fat coconut cream I use canned coconut cream and chill it in the refrigerator overnight for the best texture
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or extract of choice, optional adjust tot taste
  • 1/4 cup powdered allulose or powdered sweetener of choice, optional if using any sweetener other than allulose add a little lemon juice or cream of tartar to avoid crystalizing

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a large food processor. Pulse 5 to 6 times to fully combine the ingredients
  • Process on high 20-30 seconds or until the whipped cream is your desired consistency. For a more stable whipped cream SPRINKLE in 1/4 tsp xanthan gum or cream of tartar. Then pulse 3-4 times to fully combine
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days
