can black soy beans, drained and rinsed
can also use zuchinni or any soft cooked vegetable of choice instead of beans

adjust to desired consistency
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a large blender. Blend to desired consistency.
Spoon into medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through
