Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Form dough into a ball. Massage the dough for 30 seconds to make sure of texture
Form dough back into a ball and press evenly throughout the prepared pan. Cut into desired size bars. Sprinkle with optional toppings if using
Place into freezer. Freeze at least 30 minutes or until firm. Remove eat immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer up to 1 week
