Ingredients

  • 30 ml apple cider vinegar (2 TBS)
  • 10 ml room temperature water (2 tsp)
  • 26 grams ground mustard (4 TBS)
  • 6 grams salt (1 tsp) adjust to taste
  • dry spices and seasonings of choice, optional

Instructions

  • Whisk all the ingredients in a small bowl until fully combined and smooth. Allow to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to absorb. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks. This recipe can be multiplied to desired amount
