Ingredients
desired amount mozzarella cheese
optional dried herbs or seasonings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the desired amount of mozzarella cheese into thin squares of desired size and thickness.
Place the squares onto the prepared baking sheet about 1 inch apart. If desired sprinkle with dried herbs and seasonings. Place in preheated oven and bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden. Be careful they burn quickly
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet about 10 minutes to firm up. Remove from the baking sheet and transfer to a paper towel lined baking sheet to absorb the grease and continue to crisp up
Allow to sit on the paper towels until fully cooled, crisp and the grease is absorbed. Eat immediately.
