Ingredients
1cupbutter
2lbslarge shrimp, peeled, deveined and tails removed
1 1/2tspgarlic powder, adjust to taste
2cupwhite wine or chicken broth
1/4tsppepper
10ozchopped broccoli
keto pasta of choice
Instructions
Place the butter into a large skillet over medium high heat. Allow the butter to melt completely. Add the shrimp and stir until the shrimp are fully coated
Sprinkle in the garlic powder and stir to fully combine. Cook 2 minutes. Turn the shrimp and cook 2 minutes more or until the shrimp are fully cooked. Add the wine/broth and the pepper. Stir to fully combine.
Allow mixture to come to a boil. Add the broccoli and allow to cook 3 minutes more or until the broccoli is tender. Serve warm over the keto pasta of choice. If desired top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley
