Quick Low Carb Stuffing

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick and easy low carb stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1/4 of an onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 TBS butter
  • 1 1/2 cup dry low carb bread cubes
  • 3/4 tsp dry cilantro
  • 3/4 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dry thyme
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned pepper
  • 1/8 tsp dry sage
  • 1/4 tsp seasoned salt

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan combine onion, celery, water and butter. Bring to a full boil
  • While waiting for water mixture to boil, in a medium bowl combine bread cubes cilantro, bouillon, onion powder, thyme, seasoned pepper, sage and seasoned salt. Stir to fully combine
  • Add bread cube mixture to boiling water. Cover, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed
