Quick Keto Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 oz my keto 3 ingredient keto pasta, cooked (above) or cooked keto pasta of choice If using my recipe cut pasta into desired size pieces
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded or desired amount of
  • 1/4 of a medium zucchini, chopped into small pieces, or desired amount of
  • 3-4 slices medium tomato, chopped or desired amount
  • 3-4 mini sweet peppers, chopped or desired amount
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese or desired amount
  • 1 cup keto ranch or deired salad dressing of choice, desired amount

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except the ranch into a large mixing bowl until fully combined. Add the ranch or dressing of choice and stir until everything is coated with the dressing. If desired and cooked crumbled bacon or meat of choice. Serve immediately or for best flavor chill at least 30 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
