Quick Keto Chicken Alfredo With Veggie Noodles

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick and easy keto chicken alfredo with veggie noodles. This recipe is keto, low carb and diabetic friendly. It is ready to eat in under 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • seasoned salt and seasoned pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh grated parmesan
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded and cooked chicken
  • 2 medium zucchini or yellow squash

Instructions

  • Add butter to a 12 inch skillet. Let butter completely melt over medium heat.
  • Add heavy whipping cream, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt and seasoned pepper and whisk together until fully combined
  • Whisk constantly and bring mixture to a low boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer 2 minutes or until slightly thickened whisking constantly.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese and stir for another 2 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.
  • Add broccoli, chicken and veggie noodles.
  • Bring to a low boil over medium heat and simmer 5 minutes or until heated through. If desired sprinkle with dry marjoram or basil before serving.
