Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine ground beef, keto ketchup, and egg. Stir to fully combine
Add dry oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and dry low carb bread crumbs. Stir to fully distribute seasonings and bread crumbs.
Spoon mixture into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Use a spatula or spoon and spread meat mixture evenly throughout the pan.
Use fingers or the back of a large spoon and firmly press the meat mixture into the pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, Spoon 3 more tablespoons of the keto ketchup over the top of the meatloaf. Bake for 10-15 minutes more or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
Recipe can be doubled and baked in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
