Keto Baked Beans Substitute
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make an easy keto baked beans substitute
Prep Time 5 minutes minutes Cook Time 20 minutes minutes
- 15 oz can black soybeans, drained and rinsed or use any small, cooked vegetable of choice
- 150 grams keto barbecue sauce
- crumbled bacon, chopped onion or add in of choice (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray
Add beans or vegetable of choice and barbecue sauce. Stir to fully coat the beans. If desired stir in the add in of choice until fully coated
Cover with an oven safe lid or aluminum foil. Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly
Remove Let sit in pan at least 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot.
This recipe yields about 4 servings. 1 serving is about 1/4 cup
