2 Minute Keto Ketchup
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick keto ketchup

- 6 oz tomato paste
- 30 ml apple cider vinegar (2 TBS)
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 13 grams granulated sweetener of choice 1(1 TBS)
- 6 grams salt (1 tsp)
- 1 tsp garlic powder, adjust or change to taste
- 1 tsp onion powder, adjust or change to taste
- 8 to 10 ml water (1/2 TBS) more or less depending on how thick you want your ketchup
In a small bowl whisk together tomato paste and apple cider vinegar until combined and smooth
Add remaining ingredients and whisk together until completely smooth
If needed stir in more water 1/2 TBS at a time until ketchup is your desired consistency
Spoon into a mason jar or an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks
