Ingredients

  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 30 ml apple cider vinegar (2 TBS)
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 13 grams granulated sweetener of choice 1(1 TBS)
  • 6 grams salt (1 tsp)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, adjust or change to taste
  • 1 tsp onion powder, adjust or change to taste
  • 8 to 10 ml water (1/2 TBS) more or less depending on how thick you want your ketchup

Instructions

  • In a small bowl whisk together tomato paste and apple cider vinegar until combined and smooth
  • Add remaining ingredients and whisk together until completely smooth
  • If needed stir in more water 1/2 TBS at a time until ketchup is your desired consistency
  • Spoon into a mason jar or an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks
