Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan
In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, onion powder, low carb bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, dry mustard, pepper, and paprika. Stir to fully combine all ingredients
Add egg. Stir again to fully combine and distribute egg throughout meat
Add the keto ketchup and stir to distribute the ketchup throughout the meat.
Press meat evenly into the prepared loaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is about 160 degrees
If desired brush the top of the meatloaf with 2 more tablespoons of the keto ketchup
Bake for about 5 minutes more or until heated. Let sit in pan for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Slice into desired pieces.
