Easy Gluten Free Keto Sausage Patties

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make easy keto sausage patties

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage meat
  • 1 TBS pure maple syrup (optional) not enough to effect carbs
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp dry sage
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line and lightly spray a large baking sheet
  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly to combine all the seasonings. (the best way to do this is to use your hands and massage the seasoning into the meat
  • Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions (i use an ice cream scoop to scoop it out. Each portions equals about 1 1/2 ice cream scoops full)
  • Roll each scoop into tight balls. Flatten tops of balls to form patties about 3 inches in diameter
  • Bake 10 minutes or until patties are brown. Turn patties over and bake 4-6 minutes more or until no pink and internal temperature is at least 165 degrees. Drain patties. Serve warm
