This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make easy keto sausage patties

Ingredients
1lbground sausage meat
1TBSpure maple syrup (optional)not enough to effect carbs
3/4tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
1/2tspgarlic powder
1/4tsponion powder
1/4tspdry sage
1/4tsppaprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line and lightly spray a large baking sheet
In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly to combine all the seasonings. (the best way to do this is to use your hands and massage the seasoning into the meat
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions (i use an ice cream scoop to scoop it out. Each portions equals about 1 1/2 ice cream scoops full)
Roll each scoop into tight balls. Flatten tops of balls to form patties about 3 inches in diameter
Bake 10 minutes or until patties are brown. Turn patties over and bake 4-6 minutes more or until no pink and internal temperature is at least 165 degrees. Drain patties. Serve warm
