Preheat oil in large electric skillet to 375 degrees or in a large stove top skillet over medium heat until warm. Make sure there is enough oil to fill the bottom of the skillet about 1/2 inch deep. Line a large baking sheet with foil and lightly spray the foil with cooking spray
In a shallow bowl beat the eggs until they are fully combined. Set aside
In another shallow bowl combine the whey protein powder,and the dry seasonings of choice. Use a fork and stir to fully combine all ingredients
Place cod pieces one at a time into the beaten eggs and turn to fully coat the fish
Place the coated fish into the whey protein powder mixture and turn several times to generously coat the fish
Place coated fish into the skillet with the preheated oil. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden and the internal temperature is about 145 degrees
Place cooked fish onto a plate that is lined with paper towels and allow any excess oil to drain off. Serve hot
