Easy Keto Grilled Fresh Tuna
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make quick and easy fresh keto tuna
Prep Time 5 minutes minutes Cook Time 7 minutes minutes
- 2 lbs fresh tuna steaks
- 1/4 cup oil of choice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dry cilantro
Preheat and indoor grill or outdoor grill for 5-7 minutes or until warm. Lightly spray the grill with cooking spray.
In a small bowl combine all ingredients except tuna steaks. Use a fork and stir ingredients together until fully combined
Place tuna steaks in a large Ziploc bag. Pour marinade over the tuna steaks
Turn the bag over several times and gently press on the tuna to make sure the tuna is fully coated. Marinade for about 1-2 hours
Remove tuna from the refrigerator and turn the bag a few more times to make sure the tuna is coated
Remove the tuna from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the desired level of pink. Serve immediately
