Heat butter over medium heat until fully melted. Add the cream cheese and allow to melt. Whisk until combined
Add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, thyme, salt and pepper. Whisk until fully combined and seasonings are evenly distributed. If sauce seems too thick add milk 1/3 cup at a time up to 1 more cup until sauce reaches desired consistency
Add chicken and broccoli. Stir until chicken and broccoli are fully coated with the sauce. Bring to a low boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 5 minutes or until heated and seasonings are set in.
Gently stir in desired amount of pasta until pasta is fully coated or place desired amount of warm pasta on a plate. then ladle the desired amount of sauce over the pasta
