Instructions
Place the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the mixture has come to low boil and the candy canes are almost fully dissolved
Remove from the heat. Keep stirring until the candy canes have fully dissolved
Allow to cool. Place in a mason jar or airtight container. Allow to cool completely and store in the refrigerator up to 1 week
