90 Second keto Chocolate Mug Cake (Nut Free And Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 TBS coconut flour
  • 1/2 TBS cocoa powder
  • 2 TBS monkfruit sweetener or granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 2 TBS milk of choice
  • 1 TBS oil of choice
  • 1/2 tsp extract of choice. optional

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a 12oz microwave safe mug. (mug must be at least 12 ounces the cake rises and falls back into a cake shape while it cooks)
  • In the mug combine all the dry ingredients. Use a fork and stir together the dry ingredients until no lumps are in the dry ingredients
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Use a fork and stir until fully combine and smooth, Use a spatula and scrape down the sides of the mug and smooth the top of the batter
  • Cook on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds or until the top of the cake is firm and a tester comes out clean
  • Allow to cool at least 5 minutes. Eat as is or top with toppings of choice
