2 Minute Strawberry Blender Ice Cream (Dairy Free)

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 2 minute keto blender ice cream that is dairy free

Ingredients

  • 10 oz frozen fruit of choice
  • 2/3 cup coconut cream or coconut milk can also use heavy whipping cream for non dairy
  • 4 TBS powdered monkfruit/allulose blend or powdered sweetener of choice
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp xanthan gum this is a must have

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a large blender. Make sure your blender can chop ice. Blend on high 1 minute or until the texture of soft serve ice cream. Eat immediately or place in freezer safe container and freeze 30-45 minutes for a firmer texture. This ice cream is meant to be eaten the same day. If it is frozen over night it will freeze solid. This recipe can also be cut in half if needed
