Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a 12 inch pizza pan with parchment paper
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together almond flour, vital wheat gluten, oat flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dry oregano, and instant yeast
Add shredded Parmesan cheese and whisk until the cheese is fully distributed
In large mixer bowl add warm water, egg, honey and oil. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Beat on low for 30 seconds or until all dry ingredients are wet. Change out to dough hook attachment. Beat on medium/high for 3 minutes
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and beat on medium/high 3 more minutes.
Press dough evenly into prepared pizza pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise in a warm draft free area for 20 minutes
Uncover and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden
Top crust with sauce, mozzarella cheese, ham and pineapple and bake 8-10 minutes more or until cheese is melted
