Baked Burgers

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how bake burgers in the oven

Servings 6 1/4lb burgers


  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • seasonings of choice
  • cheese


  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stir beef and seasonings of choice in a medium mixing bowl until fully combined
  • Divide beef into six 1/4lb portions. Shape beef portions into desired size of patties
  • Place beef patties onto an oven fryer rack. If you do not have an oven fryer rack place a cooling rack into a small cookie sheet
  • Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 5- 10 minutes or until desired level of pink and internal temperature is 155-165 degrees
  • Remove from the oven immediately place a slice of cheese on top of the patties and allow the cheese to melt
