Place wafers into a large blend and pulse until they are crumbs. Scoop out enough crumbs to equal 170 grams (2cups)
Place crumbs and butter into a 9 inch pie pan. Use fork and stir until all the crumbs are moist
Press the moist crumbs evenly throughout the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use. This can be made a day in advance if needed
