  • Place wafers into a large blend and pulse until they are crumbs. Scoop out enough crumbs to equal 170 grams (2cups)
  • Place crumbs and butter into a 9 inch pie pan. Use fork and stir until all the crumbs are moist
  • Press the moist crumbs evenly throughout the bottom and up the sides of the pie pan. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use. This can be made a day in advance if needed
