Simple Keto Dumplings

This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make simple keto dumplings

Ingredients

  • 60 grams coconut flour (1/2cup)
  • 16 grams psyium husk powder or flaxseed meal (1 TBS)
  • 1 1/4 grams baking powder (1/4tsp)
  • 2 grams salt (1/2 tsp)
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry seasonings of choice
  • 2 lare eggs, room temperature
  • 2 TBS warm water more or less depending on density of flour

Instructions

  • Sift dry ingredientd into a medium mixing bowl until there are no lumps. Stir the eggs into the dry ingredients until fully moistened
  • Gradually add in water just until all the dough is moist and can easily be formed into a ball. Massage dough a few seconds to make sure dough is sticking together. Scoop dough 1-2 TBS or desired size of dumplings. Shape into smooth ball or desired shape
  • Drop into 5 cups of boiling broth or soup/liquid of choice. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes or until the dumplings are no longer sticky.
  • Use in any recipe that requires dumplings. Allow leftovers to cool completely and store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days
