Sift dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl until there are no lumps.
Stir in the eggs until the dry ingredients are moist. Stir in the milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract until fully combined and a smooth dough has formed
Form dough into a ball and massage 1 minute. Return to mixing bowl and allow to sit at room temperature about 5 minutes to absorb extra moisture
Preheat air fryer or oven to 350 degrees. If baking in oven line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Line a clean worksurface with parchment paper.
Scoop dough out 1/4 cup at a time onto prepared worksurface. Shape dough into desired size and shape. (See video if needed) Make sure dough stays smooth at all times
Lightly spray the doughnuts with cooking oil. Place into air fryer and air fry about 5 minutes until golden.If baking place on baking heet and bake at 350 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes until golden
Open air fryer drawer and allow doughnuts to sit in drawer 3 minutes to firm up. If baking after done baking allow to sit on the pan 10 minutes to firm up
