Ingredients
56gramsmayonnaise (1/4 cup)
13 gramsgranulated sweetener of choice , adjust to taste (1 TBS)I ended up increasing to 19 grams ( 1 1/2 TBS) sweetener
7mllemon juice
7mlwhite vinegar
1/2tspsalt, adjust to taste
1/4tsppepper, adjust to taste
7ozcoleslaw mix (3 cups)can make your own by stirring together shredded cabbage and carrots to equal 7 oz
Instructions
Use a fork and stir together all ingredients except coleslaw mix until fully combined and smooth. Gradually fold in the coleslaw mix with a wooden spoon until fully combined and all the coleslaw mix is coated with the dressing. Cover and place in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving
