5 Minute keto Sweet Corn Substitute
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 5-minute keto sweet corn substitute

- 1/4 cup butter
- 40 grams keto maple syrup (2 TBS), adjust to taste I use Choczero maple syrup
- 80 grams chopped canned baby corn, drained and rinsed or substitute for small vegetable of choice
- 41 grams chopped yellow squash or substitute for small vegetable of choice
- 8 grams corn flavoring/extract (1 1/2 tsp)
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and syrup and stir until the butter is fully melted
Stir in the corn and squash until fully coated. Stir in the extract and salt and pepper until fully combined
Stir frequently for 5 minutes until everything is heated through. Serve warm as a side or in recipe of choice
