Ingredients

  • 1 TBS oil of choice
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 lbs thinly sliced cooked steak of choice
  • 60 grams liquid aminos or light soy sauce (1/2 cup)
  • shredded cheese of choice
  • 4 my keto flatbread or keto bread of choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetables and meat and stir to combine
  • Add the liquid aminos. Stir to fully coat the meat and vegetables. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through
  • Place desired amount of meat mixture on the keto bread of choice. Top with desired amount of cheese. Let sit 1 to 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted
