Ingredients
2cupsalmond flour, or gluten free flour of choice
2TBSbutter, softened
2largeeggs, room temperature
1/2tspsalt
1tsp dry oregano, optional
1tspgarlic powder, optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12 inch pizza pan with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix until thoroughly combined and smooth
Scoop dough into the center of the prepared pizza pan. Use greased fingers or back of a greased measuring cup and press the dough until it evenly covers the pizza pan
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let sit 15 minutes before putting on toppings. After you put on toppings place pizza back in the oven at 350 degrees and bake 8 minutes or until toppings are heated through
