15 Minute Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
This recipe is designed to teach everyone how to make 15 minnute keto beef and broccoli stir fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 TBS brown sugar sweetener
- 1/4 cup liquid aminos
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum or konjac powder or keto thickener of choice
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup water
- 10 oz chopped broccoli
- keto rice substitute of choice
Instructions
- Place beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the beef with the dry seasonings and chopped the beef into small pieces. Stir to fully combine. Cook stirring occasionally 5 to 8 minutes or until the beef is brown. While the beef is cooking in a small ball combine the remaining ingredients except the broccoli.
- Use a fork and stir until completely combined and smooth. Pour sauce over browned beef and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a low boil and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until the sauce is slightly thickened. Stir the broccoli in until fully combined.
- Cook another 3 to 5 minutes or until the broccoli is tender. Place the desired amount of keto rice substitute onto a serving plate. Spoon the desired amount of beef and broccoli over the rice substitute. Serve immediately.
