15 Minute Keto Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 14 1/2 oz beef broth
- 15 ml (1 TBS) Worcestershire sauce or liquid aminos
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1 tsp dry parsley
- 8 oz cooked, sliced mushrooms
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 124 grams (1/2 cup) plain yogurt or sour cream
- 7 grams (1 TBS) coconut flour
- keto pasta or pasta substitute of choice
Instructions
- Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the beef with dry seasonings of choice. Chop the beef into small pieces, Allow the beef to cook 5 to 10 minutes or until the beef is no longer pink. Stir frequently and continue to chop the beef into small pieces while it is cooking.
- Stir in the broth, Worcestershire sauce, dry seasonings, salt, pepper and the cooked mushrooms until fully combined. Stir in the cream cheese until is melted and smooth. Sitrin the yogurt/sour cream and coconut flour until fully combined and mixture comes to a low boil. Stir constantly for 5 minutes or until the sauce is thickened.
- Adjust seasonings and thickness to taste. Serve desired amount over the cooked keto pasta or pasta substitute of choice.
